Louis Farrakhan is the leader of the Nation of Islam. Her served as minister in mosques all over the country before taking control of NOI in 1981. He is most known for rebuilding the Nation of Islam after it was disbanded and turned into the American Society of Muslims. He currently still leads the religious group and lives in New York City.
