Kenneth Elton “Ken” Kesey, was an author from Colorado. After he graduated from Stanford with a journalism degree he began experimenting with psychedelic drugs and keeping very detailed accounts of his experiences. He also wrote multiple novels, his most famous being One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest. The Movie was a major box office hit. He died from surgery complications in 2001.
